  • Kindy Gym (10months - 5 year olds). Classes on: Wednesday and Saturday 9:30am - 10:30am

    Join Us for Our "Learn to Move n Groove" Class! Looking for a fun and engaging way to introduce your little one to the world of movement? Our "Learn to Move n Groove" class is the perfect start! Specifically designed for children aged 10 months to 5 years old, this parent-child class is an excellent opportunity for both you and your child to bond while learning the fundamentals of gymnastics in a safe, supportive, and playful environment.

    What to Expect: Develop Essential Skills: Our classes focus on helping your child develop key motor skills such as body awareness, control, balance, and coordination. These skills lay the foundation for a lifetime of physical activity and healthy habits.

    Interactive Play: Through a series of fun, interactive activities, children will explore the joys of movement. From jumping on mini trampolines to balancing on beams, each session is designed to keep your little one engaged and excited to learn.

    Parent Involvement: This is a parent-child class, meaning you get to participate every step of the way! Your involvement helps create a positive and encouraging atmosphere where your child feels confident to try new things.

    Make New Friends: It's not just about movement—it's about community! Your child will have the chance to socialise and make new friends, all while learning in a playful and inclusive environment.

  • Beginner Gymnastics - (4 - 13years old). Classes on: Monday - Friday 4pm - 5pm & 5pm - 6pm.

    Beginner Gymnastics Classes at Fit n Fun Academy. Our beginner gymnastics classes are designed for girls and boys aged 4 to 13 years old who are eager to learn gymnastics skills with the correct technique. These classes provide a solid foundation in gymnastics by focusing on four key apparatus, ensuring a well-rounded experience for every student.

    Floor: Students will master essential movements like Forward Rolls, Backward Rolls, Handstands, Cartwheels, and Bridge Kick-overs. These fundamental skills not only build strength and flexibility but also lay the groundwork for more advanced gymnastics techniques.

    Bars: On the bars, students will learn to swing with proper technique, focusing on holding their body weight in various positions. This training helps develop upper body strength, coordination, and confidence as they progress through increasingly challenging exercises.

    Balance Beam: Balance is crucial in gymnastics, and our classes emphasise this through various positions and movements on the beam. Students will practice walking, turning, and balancing on the beam, enhancing their poise and stability.

    Tumble Track: The tumble track is a favourite among our students, where they can practice basic tricks and perfect their landings in the foam pit. This safe and supportive environment allows children to build confidence while learning to execute tumbling techniques correctly.

  • Ninja/Parkour Class for Boys (4 – 12 Year olds). Classes on Monday & Wednesday 4pm - 5pm

    Ninja/Parkour Class: Unleash Your Inner Ninja! Our Ninja/Parkour class is designed to offer boys a dynamic and challenging outlet for physical activity while nurturing essential skills such as coordination, agility, and confidence. Whether your child is an aspiring ninja or simply loves to move, this class provides the perfect environment to develop a strong foundation in both parkour and ninja techniques. Through structured training, supportive coaching, and a strong emphasis on safety, participants will not only build physical strength but also cultivate a lifelong love for movement and adventure.

    What to Expect in Our Ninja/Parkour Program: Learning the Basics: Start with the fundamentals, including essential safety practices and the basics of speed and movement.

    Mastering Rolls, Precision Jumps, and Landings: Develop critical skills to navigate various obstacles with precision and control.

    Agility and Speed Training: Enhance your child’s ability to move swiftly and smoothly through different courses.

    Climbing and Scaling: Build upper body strength and improve climbing techniques to conquer any obstacle.

    Balance and Course Stability: Focus on maintaining balance while tackling complex courses, essential for any ninja.

    Ninja Stealth and Agility: Learn the art of stealth, moving quietly and quickly, just like a true ninja.

    Advanced Vaulting Techniques: Take vaulting skills to the next level with advanced techniques for overcoming higher and more challenging obstacles.

    Freestyle Parkour and Creativity: Encourage creativity and individual expression by exploring freestyle parkour, where the sky's the limit!

  • Aerial Circus Class (4 - 15 Year olds)

    Aerial Silks & Lyra: Students will begin with foundational skills on the silks and Lyra, gradually progressing to more complex tricks and sequences as they build confidence and ability.

    Flexibility & Strength: Through targeted exercises and drills, students will improve their flexibility, ensuring they can perform graceful movements with ease while developing the strength needed to support their own body weight during aerial routines.

    Balance & Coordination: Balance is key in Aerial Arts, and our classes focus on enhancing body awareness and coordination to execute smooth transitions and maintain control in the air.

    Limbering & Tumbling: Limbering exercises help students achieve fluidity in their movements, while tumbling adds an exciting dynamic element to their aerial performances.

    Basic Contortion: For those interested, basic contortion techniques are introduced, emphasising safe and gradual improvement in flexibility to achieve beautiful, bendy poses.

    Artistic Expression: Dance is woven into the fabric of the program, allowing students to express their unique style and creativity while performing acrobatic moves with elegance and flair.

    Tailored Class Lengths: With class times varying from 45 minutes to 1.5 hours, students can choose a schedule that fits their lifestyle and commitment level, whether they're looking for a brief introduction or a more intensive experience.

    Comprehensive Skill Development: The combination of Aerial Silks, Lyra, and additional Acrobatic Art disciplines offers a well-rounded approach to aerial circus training, helping students build a versatile skill set that can be applied in performances, competitions, or simply for personal enjoyment.

  • Intermediate Rec Class (5 - 7year olds & 8years old Plus)

    Intermediate Rec Classes consist of 2 separate classes 4–7 years old & 8 years old plus- designed for children who have successfully mastered the Bridge Kick over down a wedge, making them eligible for this next level of training. These classes are structured to be 1.5 hours per session, providing ample time to focus on skill progression.

    Skill Progression: Students will continue to develop and refine their gymnastics abilities, building on the foundations laid in the beginner classes. They will be introduced to more complex movements, including more advanced tumbling, balance beam techniques, bar work, and floor exercises.

    Training Frequency: To accommodate different levels of commitment and personal schedules, students can choose to train one, two, or three days a week. This flexible approach allows for consistent development while catering to the individual needs of each student.

    Fun and Encouragement: The classes are designed not just for skill development but also to foster a love for gymnastics. The supportive and fun environment encourages students to challenge themselves and take pride in their achievements.

  • Advanced Rec Class (8 - 15 year olds). Classes on Monday and Thursday 4pm - 7pm

    Our Advanced Rec class is a specialised 2 hour session for students aged 8 years and over who have successfully mastered all fundamental gymnastics skills and are ready to tackle more complex techniques. This class is ideal for those aiming to progress to advanced skills such as Back Handsprings, Side Aerials, and more. It operates concurrently with one of our squad classes, offering students a valuable glimpse into the squad environment and preparing them for a seamless transition into the squad program if they wish to pursue it.

    The Advanced Rec class is designed for gymnasts who have limited training time but are committed to advancing their skills. Students have the flexibility to choose between training once or twice a week, with each session lasting two hours. This structure allows them to focus on key areas such as advanced skill acquisition, technique refinement, and strength and flexibility development, all within a supportive and encouraging environment.

    In addition to skill progression, the class emphasises individual goal setting, performance enhancement, and building self-confidence. Students will receive personalised feedback and tailored coaching to address their specific needs and challenges. The class also incorporates elements of routine building and performance preparation, ensuring that students are well-rounded and ready for both competitive and non-competitive gymnastics environments. This program is perfect for dedicated gymnasts who seek to elevate their abilities while balancing their other activities and commitments.**

  • Foundations Squad Group (5 -7yr olds). Classes on: Tuesday & Friday 4pm - 7pm)

    Our Foundations Group is a specially selected Fast Track program for students aged 5 to 7 years old who demonstrate:

    The ability to follow instructions well

    Strong mental focus

    Correct application of techniques

    Commitment to increasing their training hours

    In the Foundations Group, students will train 2 to 3 times a week, with each session lasting three hours. This rigorous training schedule helps them excel quickly and prepares them for advancement into the squad groups.

  • Tumbling Class (5 - 15year olds). Classes on: Monday & Thursday 5:30pm - 7:00pm

    Our tumbling classes are designed for all ages and skill levels, from beginners to advanced students. Whether you're just starting with the basics—learning Forward rolls, Backward rolls, Handstands, Cartwheels, and Bridge Kickovers—or you're an Advanced Tumbler looking to master multiple Back Handsprings, standing Backward Somersaults, Front Aerials, and Side Aerials, we have the perfect class for you.

    Each session also includes strength training and flexibility exercises to help you build the power and agility needed to excel in tumbling. Join us and discover a wide range of tumbling tricks in a fun and supportive environment.

  • Adult Classes (16years & over) Self lead class on Mpnday 7pm - 8:30pm

    Our adult classes are open to individuals aged 16 and older who want to work on their fitness goals. These sessions are designed to allow participants to focus on whatever skills and areas they choose, without a structured lesson. It is a pay-as-you-go class. Feel free to bring your friends, bring your cameras, and have fun!

  • Squad Group * By Invitation Only*

    Our squad groups are strictly invite-only, reserved for students who demonstrate dedication, passion, and commitment to excelling in their gymnastics journey. An assessment is required before moving into these groups.

    Training Commitment: Training is held 2 - 3 days per week, with each session lasting three hours. Students must commit to the scheduled training days.

    Program Focus:

    Building confidence and agility

    Mastering high-level skills on all four apparatus

    Developing in a nurturing and supportive team environment

    Competition Opportunities: Students may compete in various competitions throughout the year to understand how training and competing work together.

    Monitoring Progress: Attendance, strength, flexibility, and skill level are regularly assessed to ensure efficient progression.
